At Arttd’inox, we strive to ensure your premium stainless steel homeware arrives in perfect condition; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange, ensuring they are in original packaging.

  Quality Inspection

  Once your request is submitted, our logistics partner will collect the item for a quality check to verify it is unused and maintains its original finish.

  Processing Approval

  After the returned product passes our quality inspection at the warehouse, we will approve your request and notify you via email or SMS.

• 4.
  Refund or Replacement

  Following approval, your replacement will be dispatched immediately, or a refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
